The hotel’s clients have the exclusive use of the Anturium Restaurant, located next to the swimming pool patio. Year round good weather enables guests to enjoy the restaurant’s cuisine in the open air, in a convivial and romantic candle lights’ setting.
The cuisine is based on the island’s own excellent produce and uses a wide selection of local cheeses, fish and tropical fruits. When necessary these are supplemented with carefully selected imported produce. The steady hand of our renowned gastronomic consultant Danny Nielsen achieves well-balanced dishes and a very happy fusion between the best from both the Canaries and Mediterranean cuisine. All of it combined with an excellent wine list personally selected by the Carayon family.
