Where can I park when I arrive?
There is a dedicated carpark for arrivals opposite the Hotel. After Checking in, we will park your car for you on the same street as the Hotel. There are no private carparks in Garachico.
Does the Hotel have Wi-Fi?
Yes, throughout the Hotel, and it is free and for unlimited devices.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, from 08:00 to 11:00. Ask in reception for other times.
Is the restaurant open every day?
Yes, from 19:00 and we take bookings until 21:30
Does the Hotel have room service?
Yes, and you can choose between room service menu or the Restaurant’s a la carte menu to be served in your room.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, between 25º and 27º C all year roundo.
Does the Hotel have a Sauna?
Yes, the Sauna is free for our guests.
Where can we hire a car?
We can manage your car hire, either to leave at the airport or at the Hotel.
Can you organise a pick-up on arrival?
Yes, we can organise a pick-up for arrival and departure to take you to or pick you up from anywhere on the island, in a first class vehicle.
Can you organise excursions?
We would be only too happy to advise you and book any service or excursion that you want during your stay with us.
Do the rooms have a terrace?
Some of them do.
How far is the nearest beach?
The beach by the wharf is only a 5-minute walk away and the natural volcanic pools are only 3 minutes away on foot
Is Garachico a safe and quiet area?
Yes, without doubt, it is a very safe and quiet town. Furthermore, there is a health centre, 2 chemists and 2 supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

From Los Rodeos Airport (Code: TFN): 45-minute drive.
From Reina Sofia Airport (Code: TFS): 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.

You can pay your bill in the following ways: Credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS, Debit cards, transfer and cash. We do not accept travellers’ cheques for safety reasons.
